Thank you for shopping with Pixcrown. We want customers to shop with confidence and understand our return and refund process clearly.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
A return may be accepted if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The item is unwanted and returned within the return window
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, with proof of purchase

Return Shipping Cost
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns (unwanted or change-of-mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot confirm receipt of a return until the package is delivered to us.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you would like an exchange, please contact us at info.pixcrown@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. The exchange will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange the appropriate resolution, including covering return shipping where applicable.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. If your original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired card), please contact us and we will arrange an alternative refund method.
Please note that your bank, card provider, or PayPal may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.
Digital Products
If your order includes any digital or downloadable products, please note that these are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless the file is defective or not as described.
