Thank you for shopping with Pixcrown. This policy explains our return, exchange, and refund process.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days after the order is delivered.

A return request submitted after the 30-day return period may not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for defective and non-defective physical products.

A return may be requested when:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was received

  • The product is materially different from its description

  • The customer no longer wants the product

  • The customer changes their mind within the return period

For a non-defective return, the product should be returned unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and with its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Proof of purchase or the order number may be required.

Handmade Product Variations

Pixcrown products are handmade. Small differences in shade, texture, stitching, bead placement, pattern, finish, weight, or measurements may occur.

Minor handmade variations are not considered defects unless the product is damaged, unusable, or materially different from the product description.

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photographs when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Do not send a return before receiving return instructions from Pixcrown. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or rejected.

The return instructions provided by customer support must be followed before shipping the package.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, currency-conversion charges, and other third-party fees are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt. Pixcrown cannot confirm or process a return until the package is delivered to the approved return address.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

An exchange is processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Exchange availability depends on current inventory.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with an exchange.

When a replacement is unavailable, an approved refund may be issued instead.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order after delivery.

When a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of:

  • The product

  • The affected or damaged area

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review the information and provide the appropriate return, replacement, or refund instructions.

Return Inspection

After the returned product is delivered, Pixcrown will inspect it and notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected.

A refund may be reduced or rejected when:

  • A different product is returned

  • The returned product has been used, altered, damaged, or intentionally misused

  • Parts or accessories are missing

  • The return was sent after the return period

  • The return does not follow the instructions provided by Pixcrown

This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund Processing Time

When a return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Pixcrown does not issue refunds to an unrelated bank account, payment account, gift card, cryptocurrency address, or other payment method.

After Pixcrown issues the refund, the customer’s bank, card provider, or PayPal may require additional time to display the refunded amount.

Restocking Fee

Pixcrown does not charge a restocking fee.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible when you need to cancel an order.

An order can be cancelled only before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it must be handled through the return process described in this policy.
