All orders are dispatched from Kota, Rajasthan, India.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped using FedEx Express Worldwide or another tracked shipping service where FedEx service is not available.

Order Cut-Off Time

Order cut-off time is 2:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).

Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

Handling time is 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders are prepared and dispatched within this timeframe after payment is confirmed.

Transit Time

Transit time is usually 3 to 6 business days after dispatch (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from the date of order.

This includes handling time and transit time.

Tracking Information

After your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch.

Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide to serviceable countries and regions shown at checkout.

Delivery may not be available in some remote or restricted locations. If there is any shipping issue with your address, we will contact you by email.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you by email. You may choose to have the order re-shipped (additional shipping charges may apply) or receive a refund for the product cost, excluding any applicable shipping fees.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility where applicable. Pixcrown is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
