Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pixcrown. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping charges, order-processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and international delivery terms.

Shipping Cost

Pixcrown provides free shipping to the countries and regions available at checkout.

Shipping is included in the product price, and no separate standard shipping charge is added at checkout.

Any customs duty, import tax, brokerage fee, or local government charge imposed by the destination country is not included in the product price unless expressly shown at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We ship only to countries, regions, and postal addresses available in the country selector and at checkout.

Delivery may not be available to:

  • Restricted countries or regions

  • Certain remote locations

  • Postal boxes where the selected carrier does not provide service

  • Addresses restricted by customs or carrier rules

  • Locations affected by temporary delivery suspensions

When an address cannot be serviced, Pixcrown will contact the customer using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are normally shipped using FedEx Express Worldwide.

When FedEx service is unavailable or unsuitable for a destination, Pixcrown may use another reputable tracked shipping carrier.

The actual carrier and tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Order Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM India Standard Time (IST).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day may begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, on a Sunday, or on a public holiday will begin processing on the next business day.

Business Days

For order handling and delivery estimates, Pixcrown business days are:

Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Sunday and applicable public holidays are not counted as business days.

Handling Time

Orders are normally processed within 0–1 business day after payment confirmation.

Handling time includes:

  • Payment and order verification

  • Address review

  • Product inspection

  • Packaging

  • Preparation for carrier collection

Orders requiring payment, address, or security verification may take longer to process. Pixcrown will contact the customer when additional information is required.

Transit Time

Estimated transit time after dispatch is 0-1 business days.

Transit time begins after the carrier accepts the shipment and does not include handling time.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is 0-2 business days from the date the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

This estimate consists of:

  • Handling time: 0–1 business day

  • Transit time: 0-1 business days

  • Estimated total: 0-2 business days

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

After an order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking may require up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active in the carrier’s system.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and making reasonable arrangements to receive the package.

Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Recipient’s full name

  • Street address and building or apartment number

  • City

  • State, province, or region

  • Postal or ZIP code

  • Country

  • Valid phone number

  • Valid email address

Pixcrown is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information supplied by the customer.

Contact us immediately when an address correction is required. An address cannot always be changed after the order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Local handling charges

  • Other destination-country fees

Unless otherwise displayed at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Pixcrown does not control customs charges and cannot predict the amount that may be imposed.

Customers are responsible for complying with the import rules of their destination country.

Customs and Carrier Delays

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside Pixcrown’s reasonable control, including:

  • Customs inspection or clearance

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Remote-area service

  • Flight or transportation disruption

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Security or fraud review

Pixcrown will provide reasonable assistance with tracking and carrier inquiries, but cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

A shipment may be returned to Pixcrown because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Recipient refusal

  • Unpaid customs duties or import charges

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Carrier or customs restrictions

When a package is returned, Pixcrown will contact the customer.

Depending on the circumstances, the customer may request:

  • Re-shipment, subject to payment of any additional carrier or return charges; or

  • A refund after the returned package is received and inspected

Any non-refundable customs charges, carrier return fees, re-shipping costs, or other third-party charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Lost Packages

When tracking does not show delivery within the expected timeframe, contact Pixcrown so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.

A package will not be treated as lost until the carrier completes its investigation or confirms the loss.

When the carrier confirms that a package was lost in transit, Pixcrown will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Damaged Packages

Inspect the package after delivery.

When an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the damaged area

  • Photographs of the outer and inner packaging

  • A photograph of the shipping label

Keep the product and packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
