How do I place an order?

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, which includes 0–1 business day handling time and 3–6 business days transit time.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship using FedEx Express Worldwide or another tracked shipping service where FedEx is not available.

All orders are dispatched from Kota, Rajasthan, India.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you by email.
How will I receive my tracking information?
After your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch.
What if my order is delayed?
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs checks, carrier delays, weather, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you track it.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
