Accepted Payment Methods

Pixcrown currently accepts payments through PayPal only. Through PayPal checkout, customers can pay using:

  • PayPal account — log in to your PayPal account to complete payment
  • Debit card — pay directly using your debit card via PayPal guest checkout
  • Credit card — pay directly using your credit card via PayPal guest checkout

You do not need a PayPal account to pay by debit or credit card. Simply select the option to pay as a guest during PayPal checkout.

PayPal availability may vary depending on your country or region. If PayPal is not available at checkout in your location, please contact us before placing an order.

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through PayPal's encrypted payment system. Pixcrown does not store, collect, or have access to your full debit card or credit card details. Your payment information is handled entirely by PayPal.

Payment Currency

All orders are charged in USD (United States Dollar). Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees if your account is in a different currency. Pixcrown is not responsible for any such conversion charges.

Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Payment Issues

If your payment fails or is declined, please try the following:

  • Check that your card details are entered correctly
  • Ensure your card is enabled for online or international transactions

Fraud Prevention

Pixcrown reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
